An Eczema Diet eBook is Launched in Conjunction With National Eczema Week in the U.K.

An ebook on Eczema Diet is launched to educate eczema sufferers about diet changes that they need to incorporate for healing and preventing outbreaks. The book provides a basic framework that sufferers can easily use. Its launch coincides with the National Eczema Week (Sept 15 to Sept 23, 2007) held in the U.K.

(PRWEB) September 15, 2007 -- Many eczema sufferers are stuck in an itch-scratch-itch cycle that is hard to break. Other than the physical discomfort, they have to contend with the emotional trauma about having a scarred appearance. Unfortunately, conventional methods of treatment via the use of topical steroids do not provide a cure and may instead pose plenty of side effects with extended use. In desperation, many also turn to "miracle creams" but have been sadly disappointed with their results after spending a ton of money.

The ebook, Eczema Diet Secrets, should come in handy. It was written by an eczema patient who has suffered for more than 30 years. Her last outbreak which happened about a year ago was her worst attack. However, she managed to reverse her eczema using mainly cleansing and diet changes.

"In the end, after years of being on topical steroids, I just realized that healing has to come from within. Eczema is not a disease but a symptom of toxicity of the inner body. Our bodies become overloaded when we ingest too much toxins through our modern day diet and polluted environment", said Evelyn Lim, the author of the book.

In Eczema Diet Secrets, she shared about she put together an eczema diet healing plan. She hopes that readers would be able to reduce the severity and frequency of their eczema outbreaks after following some of the important dietary changes as outlined in her book.

The launch of Eczema Diet Secrets ebook is timed to coincide with The National Eczema Week (Sept 15 - Sept 23) this year. It is organized by National Eczema Society in the U.K. to raise awareness of the many issues surrounding eczema. Supporters of this year's event are encouraged to turn up for activities in pyjamas. The dress code is befitting as eczema sufferers want nothing more that comfort and a good night's sleep. Eczema itching can be most severe at night.

"I lost sleep for more than 6 months last year. I'm glad that I no longer wake up at night", said Lim.

Eczema Diet Secrets ebook is available in an instant downloadable format. It is being launched at a special introductory price, until the end of the week. For more information, please refer to http://www.EczemaDietSecrets.com .
