40 Medical Spa Industry Professionals Gather for Acara's First 1-Day Sales & Marketing Seminar

Acara held its first Sales and Marketing Seminar on October 27th in Branford, CT. The event was a great success with over 40 people in attendance.

Branford, CT (PRWEB) November 13, 2008 - Acara held its first Sales and Marketing Seminar on October 27th in Branford, CT. The event was a great success with over 40 people in attendance. Deb Roberts, Acara's VP Marketing presented the morning session on Marketing your Medical Spa and Francis Acunzo, Acara's CEO and Founder, presented the afternoon session which focused on Selling Medical Spa Services. Sandi Unkrur Acara's Medspa Operations Director and Sales Guru was on-hand to answer the groups questions and provide personal insight into successful selling techniques.

Each attendee received a 100 page workbook including numerous handouts and worksheets to help them organize and coordinate their Medspa Marketing and Sales program once back at their spa or medical practice. In addition, the event's gold sponsors filled everyone's duffle bag (Acara's gift to each attendee) with Benev skin care products and a New Beauty Magazine. The Platinum Sponsors: Sciton Laser, Robard Corporation and Canfield Imaging Systems presented to the group during lunch plus had their technology and products on display throughout the event at presentation tables. The education sponsor was the Medical Spa Society.

The curriculum consisted of over 7 hours of sharing Acara's knowledge and expertise. The group had numerous questions adding to the discussion and providing a great networking environment where attendees learned from each other as well as the Acara Medical Spa experts.

The next One-Day Sales and Marketing Seminar is scheduled for January 18th in Los Angeles, CA, the venue is still to-be-determined.
