The Healthy Diabetic Meals Recipe Contest is awarding a $100 Amazon.com gift certificate to the first place winner who submits the best healthy diabetic meal recipe. The winning recipes will be featured on the www.healthydiabeticmeals.com website. Rules
All contestants must register and enter their recipe at the Healthy Diabetic Meals site at http://www.healthydiabeticmeals.com to qualify for this contest. Contestants are allowed to enter up to three recipes, one for each mealtime; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Contestants must briefly explain why their recipe entry is healthy for diabetics. The Healthy Diabetic Meals Recipe competition begins September 11, 2007 and the deadline for recipe entry is October 11, 2007 at 11:59pm PST. Winners of the recipe contest will be chosen by the Healthy Diabetic Meals staff based on meal preparation time and the nutritional benefits of the recipe. Winners will be announced October 15, 2007 at the Healthy Diabetic Meals website.
