Action Donation Services® announced today that they have partnered with the Assistance League® of Sacramento to be their exclusive agent nationwide for the processing of donated property including used cars, boats, yachts, motorhomes, motorcycles, trucks, and aircraft. San Diego, CA (PRWEB) September 25, 2008 -- Action Donation Services® (ADS) announced today that they will be processing used auto, boat, RVs and other property donations for the benefit of the Assistance League® of Sacramento (http://sacramento.assistanceleague.org/ps.aboutus.cfm?ID=629). The chapter organized in 1966 is a non-profit all volunteer organization with no paid staff dedicated to serving the specific needs of children and adults in the greater Sacramento area.
"We are pleased to be able to help the Assistance League® of Sacramento with our unique services," said Client Charity Director, Ted Cox. "From a modest beginning in 1966, over 250,000 children and adults have been the recipients of the seven philanthropic programs operated by the Leagues volunteers."
Donating property is a wonderful alternative to the often lengthy and involved process of trying to sell your no longer needed property yourself. When you donate to the Assistance League® of Sacramento you will not have to worry about such things as: test drives, low offers, mechanical repairs, liability issues or advertising expenses - Action Donation Services will take care of everything.
"We selected Action Donation Services because their program strives to maximize the selling price of donations by 'fixing up' or refurbishing donations whenever it will be beneficial to the charity - and selling retail when feasible (rather than wholesale) in order to maximize the return to the charity and make available a larger potential tax deduction to the donor," said board member, Doris Hanson.
Additionally, for certain property (usually higher valued autos, boats, aircraft and/or RVs), ADS is able to offer the donor a " partial cash payment (http://www.actiondonation.org/PartialCashPayment.html)" as an incentive to donate the property to the Assistance League of Sacramento. For qualified donations, this program may provide to the donor both some cash and a tax deduction.
Action Donation Services® has been processing donations nationwide for over seven years and has its home office in San Diego, California. ADS will pickup qualified donations throughout the U.S.A. for the Assistance League® of Sacramento free of charge to the donor.
