Cielo Clinic seen as a key element for participants in the TransforMED Medical Home model Ann Arbor, MI (PRWEB) October 6, 2008 -- Cielo MedSolutions, a provider of healthcare software and web applications, today announced a Preferred Business Affiliate agreement with TransforMED LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
