Leonard Fitness Launches Free Exercise Video Website

New website features free exercise video demonstrations, workout programs, and iPod downloads.

Carson City, NV (PRWEB) August 17, 2007 -- Leonard Fitness has announced the launch of www.workoutz.com , a website featuring free exercise video demonstrations and workout programs. The website hosts video clips of virtually every fitness training modality including aerobic, strength, yoga, athletic conditioning, stretching, and more. Full-color workout programs are also available for free download.

Workoutz.com gives its users the ability to see exactly how to perform any exercise imaginable. The website also features step-by-step photos, as well as written instructions from fitness professionals; some of which are professors at major universities.

Founder Justin Leonard explains, "Clearly, there is a growing demand for online video. The problem is that consumers are often forced to pay membership fees in order to gain access to premium content. Workoutz.com is completely free."

A number of interactive features make workoutz.com unique. For example, users can select and sort exercises using various criteria such as specific areas of the body, difficulty level, or by alphabet. In addition, video embed codes allow bloggers and webmasters to host workoutz.com videos on their websites. Users also have the ability to download any exercise to their video iPod at no cost.

The website currently offers more than 100 exercise videos in seven categories, with plans to ultimately become the largest collection of exercise videos ever assembled. "You can think of workoutz.com as the Youtube of fitness videos," says Leonard.
