Orion Health's Dr. Chris Hobson Selected for Five Speaking Engagements at TEPR 2008

The conference will focus on electronic medical records, HIT and EMR experiences and trends.

(PRWEB) May 13, 2008 -- Orion Health, a leading provider of clinical workflow and integration technology for the healthcare sector, today announced that Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Chris Hobson, has been selected to present at Florida's "TEPR 2008 Conference," taking place May 17-21st, 2008.

Dr. Hobson will be presenting on Monday May 19, 2008 from 8:00am to 8:30am on the topic of "e-Prescribing Solutions for Your Hospital: What Works and What Doesn't to Gain Physicians' Adoption."

The second presentation will take place later that morning, May 19th from 10:15-10:45 am. His topic will cover, "An Opportunity to Think Outside of the Box: What are the trends in hospital HIT developments and what can be expected?"

Immediately following the 10:15 presentation, Dr. Hobson will be presenting from 11:30-noon on May 19th on the topic of, "EMR Selection for Behavioral Care."

On Tuesday, May 20th from 8:00am to 8:30am, Dr. Hobson will present on the topic "Starting with the Hospital or Multi-specialty Clinic Itself and Reaching Out to the Community, a Patient-centric CAE Process is Needed."

Finally, Dr. Hobson will be part of a panel discussion on May 20th, from 2:00-3:00pm entitled,
"Behavioral Health: The Current and Future Status of Behavioral Health EHRs."

The conference will focus on electronic medical records, HIT and EMR experiences and trends.
