These steps include reaching out to social workers, case managers and medical professionals in assisting people who have become disabled and unable to work. Her clinical background as a respiratory therapist was the foundation for management and business development positions in nonprofit and for-profit healthcare organizations offering rehabilitation, long-term care, case management, ancillary post acute services and acute hospital care. She most recently was vice president of Physician Networks for CareLinc Options LLC, a St. Louis-based healthcare management company. Hercules-Doerr has an MBA from Webster University in St. Louis and a bachelor of science degree in respiratory therapy from Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Mo.
