Most recently Franklin was director of the technology practice for Kforce, Inc, where he managed regional sales and delivery of information technology consulting services and worked to streamline business processes. In previous positions with MATRIX Resources, Inc.; Jackson and Coker, LLC.; and Modis, Inc., Franklin managed both new business development and major accounts. Franklin holds a bachelors degree from the University of Richmond.
