Prior to being named COO, Ms. Dorwart was responsible for business activities and consulting services for productivity benchmarking, implementation and monitoring, as well as recruitment and retention engagements. In addition to designing the architecture and process of the SHARP Staffing® service line, Ms. Dorwart expanded the product's client base by 250% in 2007 and contributed to growing the revenue base by a factor of 11. In addition, Stephanie is also responsible for recruiting many talented and vital senior executives and consultants to the AHS team over the past four years, also lending to the increasing success of the firm.
