Robert Kish brings over 12 years of industry experience to MarketPlace Direct. Robert will manage, monitor and advise on how the quality management system is performing and publish data and reports regarding company performance against set indicators. He will coordinate with all managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly, advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.
