Kids Wish Network and Megatrux Deliver Smiles to Children at North Shore Children's Hospital
A visit to the hospital will be made a little easier for pediatric patients at North Shore Children's Hospital thanks to Kids Wish Network, a national charity dedicated to infusing hope, creating happy memories, and improving the quality of life for children. The organization is honored to be able to provide toys with a retail value of over $60,000 to the hospital through its unique Holiday of Hope Gift Bank. "The Child Life Program here truly relies on the generosity of the Kids Wish Network to help restock the playrooms each year and to fill our treasure boxes on the inpatient unit as well as in the ER. This is the second year in a row that we have participated and the staff cannot be happier with our shipment this year. This Gift Bank is going to bring so many smiles to the children and families we serve!"
