Rogelio Caceres Joins Argea as VP of Business Solutions

Former Corporate Executive Board Director of Sales in Finance Practice to spearhead new business development in Mid-Atlantic region in growing BPO and KPO practice.

Princeton, NJ (PRWEB) May 1, 2007 -- Argea, an outsourcing advisory and process consulting firm, announced today that Rogelio Caceres will join its expanding consulting practice in Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing, as Vice President of Business Solutions. In his new role Caceres will drive new business development in the Mid-Atlantic region for both large and mid-market companies.

Caceres brings impressive experience and credentials in client development and client relations, having served most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing in the Finance Practice of the Corporate Executive Board, where his focus centered upon C-level consulting in risk management, SOX compliance, and cost reduction initiatives.

During his tenure with the Corporate Executive Board, Caceres worked directly with the senior management of many large multinational companies, including Exxon Mobil, Citigroup, American Express, AIG, Unilever, Microsoft, Oracle, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Tyco, and many others. Caceres worked previously as Investment Officer for the Emerging Markets Partnership's AIG-GE Capital Latin American Infrastructure Fund and was a Financial Analyst in the Latin America M&A and Merchant Banking Group of Wasserstein Perella & Company in New York.

Caceres was awarded an MBA from the Harvard School of Business Administration in 1997 and was a Robert A. Toigo fellow. He received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1993 where he was an Eastman Kodak Scholar. Caceres, a US citizen, lived in Central America for ten years and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
