PatentSafe provides a cross-platform, server centric, web-based ELN solution to archive critical research data and report ,which provides scientists and research managers a fully searchable, organized which provided email notification/escalation. PatentSafe uniquely achieves this objective with minimal change to existing workflows, therefore lowering the barriers to adoption.
By allowing scientist to continue creating documentation in the most appropriate form for their work, PatentSafe provides a modular replacement that fits into an existing workflow. The researchers simply send the documents they already produced to PatentSafe instead of to a printer. This means that there is no need to re-work the original document creation workflow since experimental write-ups still come from their original source application and don't have to be created within the ELN itself.
