Mr. Hunter brings more than 20-years of experience in corporate finance, corporate governance, strategic negotiations and general management.

Mr. Hunter brings more than 20-years of experience in corporate finance, corporate governance, strategic negotiations and general management. Prior to TrialStat, Mr. Hunter managed an independent consulting practice specializing in business financings, mergers and acquisitions and licensing agreements. His TrialStat responsibilities will include finance, accounting and operations. Mr. Hunter will help TrialStat to continue to build on its current growth in North American and European markets.

Along with corporate financial management experience, Mr. Hunter has held Chief Executive Officer positions at the Sterling Group, a real estate and venture capital firm, and at the Enterprise Venture Capital Fund, where he was its founder. Mr. Hunter has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and is a Certified Accountant.
