Previously, Mr. King was employed by Zimmer Spine since 2002 as sales manager for the Oregon and southwest Washington territory. Earlier in his career, Mr. King held direct sales positions at Aesculap Spine, Stryker Spine and Stryker Howmedica Osteonics.
